The only equipment on the market with the stove, air bath and top plate manufactured exactly as reported on the ASTM D 93 method. The instrument features electric heating, stirrer and dipping mechanism, barometric temperature correction, plus a touch-screen interface that permits to introduce test data, save and retrieve reports, print them and allow diagnostic and calibration.

The apparatus is a benchtop model which houses the mechanical components and a miniature PC with touch screen. A software running under Windows Embedded permits to select the test method and the test parameters, run the test automatically, store, retrieve and print data, diagnose and calibrate the instrument offering in the meanwhile all the features of Windows systems such as LAN connectivity.
The instrument is equipped with a sensor for barometric pressure for the correction of the results towards atmospheric pressure.
