Warranty Support – prompt and efficient support during the warranty period in terms of labor, spare parts and consumables. Full technical and application support up to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
Complete IT and Validation support, software upgrades and new software as per IQ/OQ/PQ or other relevant international quality standards.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the instruments supplied by BDH or for existing ones (with or without spares).
