FAT – Factory Acceptance Test

Exhaust Systems, LIMS, GDS, equipment meets its designed purpose. The FAT validates the operation of the equipment and makes sure the customers’ purchase order specifications and all other requirements have been met.

We document the FAT based on the below process.

  • Customer scope and specifications
  • Drawings (GA, Layouts, etc.)
  • Data Sheets
  • ITP (Inspection Test Plan)
  • Applicable Codes / References
  • Checklists and Procedures specific to the FAT
  • Calibrations and Certifications as required by contract

Installation and Commissioning

We have a very diverse and experienced team of Engineers to perform the Installation, Commissioning, Testing all the supplied systems as per the design inputs, specification and Test methods.

We document the Installation and commissioning based on the below process:

  • BOM verification
  • Prerequisite check for all analyzers systems
  • SAT (Site Acceptance Test) Procedure
  • Calibration at site

Once we have the sample or application information, we propose the analytical test protocol and create the analytical schedule.
The next step follows preparing the list of equipment based on the inputs we have about samples, cycling of the test, method etc.
Then we will follow laboratory layout, design, placement of instruments based on application, utility requirement, HVAC.
Once all information placed with 3D design, BDH Project team follow detail engineering and fine-tuning based on project requirement.
Submission of BOQ based on fine-tuning of detail project requirement.
Creating the solution with a best techno-commercial proposal based on our years of multi-vendors relationship
Last but not least follow agreement with Supply, Installation, Training, Commissioning and Calibration with SAT
